Providence Medical Group is calling Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our clinic teams in Lynnwood & Mukilteo, WA!
This position will be required to split time between our two PMG Clinic locations in Lynnwood and Mukilteo.
This will be a full time (Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week; day shift) and benefits eligible position. The flexibility to work four 10 hour shifts is available.
Please Note: PMG offers up to $1000 per year in CME funds.*
We are seeking a Behaviorist Licensed Clinical Social Worker to ensure a positive and experience and quality outcomes. The purpose of the Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) department is to help provide the highest quality primary care by addressing the biological, psychological and social factors influencing patients’ health and health behaviors.
In this position you will:
Providing brief, evidence-based interventions to patients and consultation and trainings to the care team
Assists patients to gain self-efficacy/management skills, achieve optimum functional health status, and quality of life
Assists patients/families, providers and staff to achieve high quality, evidence based, cost-effective, and patient focused outcomes
Required qualifications for this position include:
Masters in Social Work
Two plus years providing social work services
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) and State Licensure
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Addiction and chemical dependency
Clinical experience with broad and diverse population base
Previous experience with providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting
